Send us your date, guest count and the style you have in mind. No obligation, and no payment at this stage.
-
Options and a nett USD quote
We come back with venues and packages that fit your vision and budget, quoted in nett USD so you can compare like for like. The quote is what you pay, with no local mark-ups or service charges added on the day.

Your services, dates, inclusions and cancellation terms go in writing first. Only once you are happy does a 10-30% deposit secure the date.

Couples from around the world
"It was a pleasure to meet you and your wonderful team on Friday. Jen and I were both very happy with the day, and your team made sure the day ran very smoothly. Again, thank you and your team for organising a wonderful wedding for us, and helping to make it such a special day. Thanks!"
"Wedding planning was a process that I found incredibly stressful, from choosing venues to finding vendors. We looked for 2 years and didn't find anything we loved, from the very first time we talked, they changed my wedding planning experience from stressful, to a beautiful, exciting experience. They understood straight away what we wanted, and absolutely nailed it. Planning a Bali wedding from Australia seemed to me like an impossible task, but they handled everything and sent me a simple list of what they needed from us. We explained in small detail what was important to us, and they not only found a venue that far exceeded our expectations, but they put together a day that was perfect in every way. Everything ran smoothly, and we didn't have to worry about a single thing. They found me a fantastic hair and make up artist, a wonderful photographer, the whole team was terrific. We cannot express our gratitude in words. Thinking of how beautiful our day was brings tears to our eyes and makes us want to relive the day over and over again. To all those reading this, I want to tell you to put your faith in her, your day could be as incredible as ours."
"Had a wonderful experience from the moment I got in contact. Very prompt in returning emails. Absolutely everything was perfect and there isn't one thing I'd change for our special day! Thanks again everyone! You guys made our day even more special! x"
Remote planning FAQ
- Can we plan everything without visiting Bali first?
- Yes. We guide venue and package decisions remotely, align suppliers, and prepare your timeline before you arrive. Most couples first set foot in Bali the week of the wedding.
- What company are we actually booking with, and can we look you up?
- You book with Nomadic Owls OU, a company registered in the European Union and based in Tallinn, Estonia, under registration number 16457049. That registration is publicly searchable, so you can confirm the company exists and who stands behind it before you commit a significant sum to people you have not met in person. Check us on the Estonian Business Register →
- What kind of contract do we get?
- A written letter of agreement in plain English, issued before any payment is made. It specifies what is included, the payment schedule, and the terms of the arrangement. Both parties sign it and you keep a copy.
- When do we actually pay, and how much?
- Nothing is due until the letter of agreement is signed. A deposit of 10-30% then secures your date, and the total is spread across up to three payments. Payments are made by international bank transfer against a formal invoice, and always into a registered business account, never a personal one, so every payment is documented on both sides.
- How will we communicate, and what about timezones?
- Through email and WhatsApp, with the same planner throughout. Our team is based in Bali, and you can expect a reply within 24 hours wherever you are.
- Are package prices clear for overseas couples?
- Yes. Prices are quoted in nett USD unless add-ons are requested, with no local mark-ups or service charges added on the day.
- How is our personal data handled?
- As an EU-registered company we are subject to the GDPR. We share your details only with the planners, venues and suppliers actually working on your wedding, and never sell them on. Read our privacy policy →
- If something goes wrong before the wedding, what recourse do we have?
- A lot of destination weddings anywhere in the world are arranged informally: no signed agreement, no company you can look up, and payments sent to an account with only a first name on it. That is the part worth avoiding. With us there is a registered legal entity, signed written terms, and an invoice behind every payment, so there is always a named counterparty and a paper trail. On the ground we work only with licensed, insured local partners.
